Role Description The Creator Management Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with content creators, influencers, and partners. The role involves identifying suitable creators, onboarding them to relevant campaigns, and coordinating deliverables in line with client objectives. The executive will monitor performance metrics, ensure timely communication, and resolve operational or collaboration issues. Daily tasks include maintaining creator databases,



aligning creators with promotional strategies, collaborating with internal teams on campaign planning, and preparing regular reports on creator activities and outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and client communication.
• Experience with influencer or creator ecosystems, including talent scouting and onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or project management software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
• Understanding of digital promotion, social media platforms, and online brand-building concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
