• Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D interior models, realistic renders, and walkthroughs for corporate office interiors.
• Develop design concepts, material selections, colour schemes, lighting plans, and furniture layouts.
• Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions until final approval.
• Coordinate with clients, the sales team, and the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and verify measurements to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for site execution.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, material selection, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure all drawings and renders are delivered within project timelines.




• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approved designs.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
• Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Experience in corporate office interiors and commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong design visualisation, detailing, and space-planning skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical designs.
