Experience:
1+ years in apparel merchandising Role Summary: Support the Senior Merchandiser in sample development, material planning, and order follow-up to ensure styles are approved and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure raw material availability for sample creation
• Fill in and follow up on pattern and marker requests
• Receive the new style checklist from the Senior Merchandiser and track its progress
• Follow up on style approvals so production dates are met
• Check Material Requirement Charts (MRC) for all raw materials
• Release packages in coordination with the Merchandiser
• Maintain sample records and order files
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising
• Knowledge of raw materials, trims, and MRCs
• Valuable follow-up, coordination, and record-keeping skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
