- 6–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in Residential Resale / Secondary Property Markets.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 5–10+ sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential resale sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase property listings and successful closures.
- Build robust relationships with property owners, buyers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance,



conduct regular reviews, and improve productivity.
- Identify market opportunities and analyse competitor activities.
