Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics,

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies regarding safety compliance and best practices. Required

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role in industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with ADIS and PDIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
