Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and maintenance of HR records and documentation. The Senior Executive HR will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, assisting with compliance and statutory requirements,



and partnering with leadership to support organizational culture and engagement. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely HR reports and insights to support decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing end-to-end HR functions.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Recruitment , Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, foster a positive work environment, and support conflict resolution.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in IT or technology services organizations and familiarity with CMMI or ISO-compliant environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office applications, and the ability to generate and analyze HR reports.
