Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi Overall Purpose of the Role The purpose of this role is to strengthen FIIB's industry connect across the areas of management education that FIIB offers. The Manager Employer Relations will generate opportunities for FIIB from industry, and for industry from FIIB. Roles and Responsibilities The Manager Employer Relations, CMC, will work in close coordination with the Learning and Development department to increase student employability. The role also works closely with the Centre of Executive Education (CEE) and the Alumni Department. Key Result Areas
• Source industry practitioners as guest lecturers, speakers, panelists, moderators, reviewers, committee/board members, and chief guests as per FIIB's academic needs
• Engage companies for Live Projects, the Corporate Internship Programme (CIP),



and Final Placements across different career tracks in the functional areas of management offered by FIIB
• Ensure the quality and standard of job profiles offered to students in terms of package, job role, and organization, and in sufficient numbers based on batch size and past trends
• Collect and analyze corporate feedback systematically to keep improving programme delivery
• Address students on CMC matters in a structured way through batch meetings, query rooms, and other channels
• Resolve issues that come up during Live Projects, CIPs, and Final Placements for students, faculty, and corporates
• Expand FIIB's corporate connect by adding current recruiters
• Bridge the gap between faculty and corporates Experience 4–5 years of experience in placements and corporate networking. Remuneration As per industry standards.
