Driving Performance.” Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with manufacturing customers to understand their machining processes, recommend suitable IZON Tools products, and provide technical application support to optimize performance. Daily responsibilities include conducting plant visits, performing tool trials, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and following up on inquiries to convert opportunities into orders.



The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and product teams, delivering product demonstrations and training, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The Technical Sales Engineer is expected to build long-term customer relationships, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales targets and business growth. Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand machining applications and propose suitable tooling solutions.
• Experience in Sales and customer relationship management, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and order closure.
• Solid Technical Support capabilities, with hands-on experience in machining, cutting tools, or CNC operations considered an advantage.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear technical explanation, presentation, and report writing abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in industrial tooling, cutting tools, or metalworking industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple customer accounts, and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Comfort with basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM software) for documentation and reporting.
