Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Sewing Machine Operator located in Kerala, India. The Sewing Machine Operator will operate industrial sewing machines to stitch garments and textile products according to production specifications. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machines, handling fabrics and materials, following patterns and instructions, and maintaining consistent stitch quality. The role involves inspecting finished pieces for defects, meeting daily production targets, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow. The Sewing Machine Operator will also perform basic machine maintenance,



keep the workstation clean and organized, and follow all safety and quality guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills and experience working with industrial Sewing Machinery.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspecting seams, finishes, and overall garment quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling Hand Tools used in garment production and basic machine adjustments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Prior experience in garment manufacturing or textile production is highly beneficial.
• Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures accurately.
