The Welfare Officer will ensure employee well-being, workplace safety, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities include handling employee grievances, conducting welfare and awareness programs, coordinating with HR and management, maintaining welfare records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws. Key Qualifications Knowledge of employee welfare and Indian labour laws. Experience in employee counselling, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions. Experience in HR coordination and employee engagement. Understanding of statutory welfare requirements in manufacturing. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, HR, Psychology, or a related field. Prior experience in garments, textiles, or manufacturing is preferred.
