- Ahmedabad, Vadodara Role Description This is a full time, in office role for a Hotel Accounts Executive based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Hotel Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities for hotel operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate posting of revenue, expenses, and vendor payments. The role will involve preparing daily income reports, reconciling bank and cash accounts, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The person will coordinate with front office and F&B; teams to verify billing, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and hospitality accounting standards. The Hotel Accounts Executive will also assist in budget preparation, GST and other statutory compliances, and provide timely financial data to support management decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong hotel accounting and finance skills, including ledger management, reconciliation,



and familiarity with hospitality revenue and cost structures.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and hotel PMS/ERP systems, along with good MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and statutory compliances relevant to hotel and hospitality operations.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail skills to maintain reliable financial records.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, front office, purchasing, and management teams.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; additional professional certifications in accounting or hotel management are an advantage.
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, preferably in a similar role, and familiarity with internal audit and control processes will be beneficial.
