• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and use of job portals and professional networks for hiring.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates effectively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring processes and meet timelines.
• Understanding of basic HR practices, employment documentation, and onboarding procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools for reporting and candidate management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
