About the Role
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales & Admission Executive to support our outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our programs and services, clearly explaining their benefits, addressing queries, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases. ● Introduce and clearly explain our courses/services, highlighting key benefits and value propositions. ● Understand customer needs, answer queries, and handle objections confidently. ● Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads toward enrollment. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status in CRM/Excel sheets. ● Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.



● Coordinate with the admissions/operations team to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding of customers. Required Skills ● Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Admissions / Telecalling. ● Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred. ● Prior experience in course counselling, student admissions, or educational sales will be an added advantage. ● Strong verbal communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability) ● Good listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively ● Ability to handle objections and rejections positively ● Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English (preferred) ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM entry, email) ● Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset ● Positive time management and follow-up discipline
