About the Role
We are looking for proactive, articulate, and growth-oriented Admissions Counsellors who can engage with students and parents, communicate the value of our partner institutions, and drive admissions through effective conversations. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Student Counselling & Conversion: Engage with students and parents, understand their needs, address concerns, and drive admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Communication & Pitching: Communicate confidently in the native language and present program benefits effectively to different audiences.
• Narrative Adaptation: Understand the company's messaging and adapt the pitch to suit the needs and concerns of students and parents.
• Lead & Target Management: Maintain CRM records, manage follow-ups, and take ownership of assigned admission targets.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn program details quickly, implement feedback,



and improve counselling and conversion performance independently. Qualifications
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication and learning abilities are welcome.
• Experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, customer engagement, or education admissions is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools, and structured follow-up processes.
