Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Faculty member in Food Production, available at multiple locations: Jaipur, Pune, and Lucknow. The role involves teaching food production and culinary arts, delivering practical and theoretical lessons, evaluating student progress, and mentoring students for industry readiness. Faculty must also contribute to curriculum development,



stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with other departments to maintain academic and operational excellence. Qualifications
• Solid expertise in Food Production, Culinary Arts, and Kitchen Management
• Experience in hospitality education, including lesson planning, curriculum design, and student assessment
• Proficiency in practical and theoretical teaching methodologies
• Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Industry experience in hotel kitchens or culinary institutions preferred
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
