Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Sales and Marketing Executive supporting the Dogmama premium dog treats brand. The role involves meeting potential retail partners, pet stores, veterinarians, and distributors to introduce Dogmama products, generate leads, and drive sales. The Sales and Marketing Executive will manage in-store promotions, sampling events, and customer engagement activities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role includes assisting in local marketing campaigns, social media support,



and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and awareness. The individual will also track sales performance, gather market insights, and provide feedback to the team to improve go-to-market strategies. Qualifications
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management with retail and distribution partners.
• Marketing capabilities in areas such as brand promotion, campaign execution, and basic digital or social media marketing.
• Ability to conduct market research, understand consumer behavior, and present insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product perks and engage diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset, with enthusiasm for pet care and willingness to interact with pet parents and pet professionals.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle field visits, events, reporting, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG, pet care, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in India, with readiness for local travel and occasional weekend or event-based work.
