Role Description The Senior Associate Producer will oversee end-to-end production for video and integrated communication projects, coordinating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, supervising pre-production planning, organizing shoots, and ensuring smooth post-production workflows. The role involves liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, preparing production documentation, and maintaining quality control from initial brief to final delivery.



The Senior Associate Producer will also support pitching and proposal development, provide on-ground leadership during shoots, and help optimize processes for greater efficiency and creative impact. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in film, video, or integrated campaign production, including pre-production, shoot management, and post-production coordination.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proven skills in scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, writers, editors, designers, and technical crews, fostering transparent communication and team alignment.
• Experience working with brand, government, or development-sector communication projects, with an understanding of both creative and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Explicit, professional verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
• Proficiency with basic production tools and workflows; familiarity with post-production processes and software is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background in film, mass communication, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Recent Delhi, with flexibility for extended hours as required by production schedules.
