About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support our business growth, marketing, recruitment, partnerships, and daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Research potential clients and generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and expos to support business development and networking. 2. Marketing and Social Media
• Design festival and event creatives, prepare captions, and publish social media content.
• Support brand awareness and promotional activities. 3. Partnership Management
• Coordinate with technology partners, including Odoo, ClickUp, and Bitrix24.
• Support partner communication and promotional activities. 4. HR and Recruitment
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. 5. Research and Operations
• Research competitors,



markets, business opportunities, and software platforms.
• Support internal operations and business coordination. 6. Technical Support
• Assist with Odoo module configuration and practical demonstrations.
• Explore business workflows and software solutions. Mandatory Requirements

Experience:
0–1 year. Freshers are welcome.

Education:
B.
E., B.
Tech, BCA, or MCA. An Ideal Candidate Is
• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at conducting research and identifying relevant information.
• A fast learner who adapts quickly to current tools and processes.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
• Interested in business, technology, marketing, and operations.
