Role Description The 3D Generalist will work in office at our Mumbai facility in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and production of 3D assets for various brands and industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining 3D models, applying textures and lighting, and preparing assets for animation or integration into 3D printing workflows. The role involves collaborating with designers and engineers to ensure visual consistency, technical accuracy, and manufacturability of digital assets.



The 3D Generalist will also help optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues in the 3D pipeline, and maintain organized project files and documentation. Qualifications
• Proficiency in 3D content creation tools such as Blender, with the ability to create and modify detailed models.
• Strong skills in rigging and animation for character or object movement and interaction.
• Experience with texturing and lighting to achieve realistic or stylized visual output as required by the project.
• Understanding of 3D pipelines related to manufacturing or 3D printing, including file preparation and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in animation, design, visual effects, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
