Company: Iron Man Lifestyle Compensation: Competitive based on experience Role: Iron Man Lifestyle is looking for a Scriptwriter who understands that online video is about viewer psychology, pacing, and retention—not just writing text. You will work directly with our content team to research, structure, and write complete video scripts designed to hold high viewer retention, clearly communicate ideas, and match the channel’s voice. What you will do:
• Write Complete Video Scripts: Turn raw ideas, talking points, and broad concepts into fully fleshed-out, word-for-word scripts or detailed talking-point treatments.
• Master Hooks & Pacing: Craft the first 30–60 seconds of every video to maximize click-to-view retention, and structure the mid-video transitions so audiences stay engaged throughout.
• Deep Research: Research topics, case studies, real-world examples, and data points to ensure every script has substantive, credible arguments rather than generic filler.
• Format for Visuals: Include clear production notes within the script (suggested B-roll, on-screen text, graphics, and pauses) so editors know exactly how the spoken word aligns with visuals.

• Iterate on Retention Feedback: Review YouTube Analytics (drop-off graphs, average percentage viewed) alongside the team to continuously adjust writing pacing and structure. What are we looking for?
• 1–3+ years of experience writing scripts specifically for YouTube long-form content, video essays, podcasts, or direct-response media.
• A natural grasp of viewer psychology, storytelling frameworks, and audience retention metrics.
• Ability to quickly absorb our brand tone, voice, and philosophy and translate them into authentic-sounding dialogue.
• Excellent research hygiene: ability to take complex ideas and explain them with clarity, directness, and strong narrative drive.
• Robust self-management: dependable turnaround times and open receptivity to candid, iterative feedback. Preferred Qualification
• Prior experience writing in self-improvement, lifestyle, psychology, business, or men’s development niches.
• Basic understanding of packaging (how thumbnail/title premises connect directly to script hooks).
