We are looking for an experienced Operations & Client Servicing Manager who can independently manage client accounts while ensuring flawless execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client briefs and develop execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Execute BTL activations, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and documentation.




• Build and maintain a strong vendor network while ensuring cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor the operations and client servicing team.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through quality execution and timely communication. Required Skills
