• Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
• Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience What We’re Looking For:




• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
• Basic computer skills and typing speed
