Role Description The Sales Representative will work on-site at the Maven Fly Media office in Gurugram in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, and presenting tailored marketing solutions that align with client needs and budgets. The Sales Representative will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to prepare proposals, follow up on campaigns, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. Day-to-day activities include maintaining a pipeline in the CRM,



nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The role also involves providing product and service education to clients, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally.
• Demonstrated Sales experience with lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
• Exposure to Training and Sales & Marketing activities, such as product demonstrations or supporting promotional campaigns.
• Ability to understand digital marketing services (e.g., paid ads, social media, web development) and explain them in straightforward terms.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting.
• Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, negotiation skills, and a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Preferred: prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
