Role Description The Senior Capital Raising & Investor Acquisition Professional will lead efforts to secure equity and debt funding, build strategic investor relationships, and support long-term financial growth for Origin108 Biotech India. This full-time, in office role in New Delhi involves identifying and qualifying prospective investors, preparing investment decks and financial models, and conducting roadshows, pitches, and follow-up meetings. The professional will manage end-to-end fundraising cycles, negotiate key investment terms in collaboration with leadership and legal advisors, and maintain a robust investor pipeline and CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, investor communication and reporting,



and coordinating cross-functional inputs from finance, product, and operations to ensure aligned, data-driven investment narratives. The role also includes contributing to capital strategy, exploring strategic partnerships, and supporting corporate governance and compliance related to fundraising activities. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in capital raising, investor acquisition, and relationship management, including experience with venture capital, private equity, family offices, and strategic investors.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis, with the ability to interpret financial statements and build clear, data-backed funding scenarios.
• Advanced skills in investor presentations, pitch deck creation, and persuasive written and verbal communication tailored to global investor audiences.
• Experience in deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and coordination with legal and compliance teams for investment documentation.
• Background in healthtech, biotech, wellness, or related sectors, with the ability to understand and articulate scientific and commercial value propositions.
• Demonstrated capability in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning for growth-stage companies.
• Proven track record of independently managing fundraising cycles and delivering measurable capital acquisition outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
