Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Hospital team, offering a vital service to the community's youngest patients. This position is central to ensuring comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents within a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments for newborns, children, and teenagers in outpatient settings.
• Provide specialized care and monitoring for critically ill patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Manage complex cases requiring advanced medical intervention and coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each pediatric patient.




• Educate parents and guardians on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients seen in the clinic and hospital wards. Qualifications and Skills
• Possess a valid medical degree and relevant licensing to practice as a Pediatrician.
• Demonstrate a robust foundation in pediatric medicine with 0 to 1 year of professional experience.
• Exhibit proficiency in managing Outpatient Department (OPD) cases with a focus on general pediatric care.
• Show capability in handling high-acuity situations within the NICU and PICU environments.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the medical team.
• Maintain a compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
