Role Description The Telecaller at Vcan Kanpur will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about the institute’s courses, entrance exam coaching, and admission processes. This full-time, on-site role in Kanpur involves engaging with prospective students and families, answering queries, sharing details about programs, and maintaining call records. The Telecaller will follow up on leads, support counseling staff by scheduling appointments,



and assist in basic data entry related to inquiries and admissions. The role also includes coordinating with the administrative team, providing courteous and transparent communication, and supporting promotional or outreach activities over the phone. Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to explain academic programs and entrance exam details in a simple and structured way.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets or CRM tools for maintaining call and inquiry records.
• Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling is an advantage.
