Role Description The Senior Hair Stylist will provide advanced hair cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care services to clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of work and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and executing services with precision and safety. The role also involves mentoring junior stylists, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, and promoting salon services and products. The Senior Hair Stylist will manage appointment schedules,



support client retention, and contribute to a positive, professional salon environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Only You The Salon in Hyderabad. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, treatments, and styling for diverse hair types.
• Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge and training, with an understanding of salon hygiene, product usage, and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Relevant certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior or lead stylist in a professional salon setting, ideally with a portfolio of work.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasons, as required by the salon schedule.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and inclusive environment.
