Responsibilities:
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending healthcare claims
• Review and update claim information in the system
• Support claim resolution and denial management activities
• Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities
• Work towards achieving daily productivity and quality targets Added Advantage
• Experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare processes
• Experience in voice or customer service roles
