Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Projects role based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, overseeing procurement of equipment and materials, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. The individual in this role will track project progress,



resolve technical and operational issues, prepare reports and documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in plant infrastructure and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess risks, and support sound engineering decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization for project materials and equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field); advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or process manufacturing projects, with familiarity in GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business needs.
