15–20+ years Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports To: Managing Director Overview / Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee group-wide finance, accounting, financial planning, compliance, and governance across PMC operations, real estate projects, and support entities. The role requires solid expertise in project finance, real estate accounting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and financial decision support, along with the ability to build scalable finance processes and lead multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations across group companies, including PMC businesses, real estate SPVs, and support entities.
• Standardise accounting policies, chart of accounts, financial reporting formats, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Drive annual budgeting, project budgeting, rolling forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Establish project-wise accounting and monitor WIP, unbilled revenue, milestone billing, construction cost capitalisation, inventory, land costs, and development rights.
• Manage real estate financial structuring, project cash flows, escrow accounts, RERA-linked reporting, feasibility studies, and project viability analysis.
• Oversee group cash flow planning, liquidity, working capital, client collections, vendor payments, and banking relationships.
• Manage banking facilities, including OD/CC limits, project loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and performance guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and RERA requirements, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits and oversee assessments,



notices, and litigation support.
• Develop management dashboards covering project profitability, cash flow, receivables, payables, and cost trends.
• Provide financial inputs for tender pricing, contract risk assessment, investment decisions, and business strategy.
• Strengthen ERP and accounting systems, financial SOPs, approval matrices, internal controls, and delegation of authority.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance managers and accounts teams across group entities. Competencies
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial governance.
• Expertise in project finance, real estate accounting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis.
• Strong cash flow, treasury, working capital, and banking management skills.
• Ability to analyse project profitability, cost overruns, commercial risks, and investment viability.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and standardising group-level financial processes.
• Strong leadership, team-building, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Additional Information
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• MBA in Finance is preferred.
• Minimum 15–20+ years of overall experience, preferably in construction, PMC, infrastructure, or real estate.
• Strong experience in real estate finance, project-based accounting, and multi-entity financial management is essential.
• The role requires close coordination with the Managing Director and business heads across PMC, Real Estate, and Group Services.
• The candidate should demonstrate leadership maturity, financial discipline, and the ability to build a process-driven finance function.
