We are seeking experienced and passionate culinary professionals to join our Culinary Institute in Mohali, Punjab, as Visiting Faculty / Guest Chefs. This opportunity is ideal for professional chefs and culinary experts who wish to share their industry knowledge, deliver practical training, and mentor aspiring culinary professionals.

The selected candidates will conduct hands-on training sessions, live demonstrations, specialized workshops, and masterclasses to help students develop industry-relevant culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical culinary classes, live demonstrations, and specialized workshops.
- Teach professional cooking techniques, kitchen operations, food presentation, and plating.
- Deliver sessions in areas of specialization, including Indian and international cuisines, continental cuisine, bakery and patisserie, Asian cuisine, and other culinary disciplines.
- Share industry practices, current culinary trends, and professional kitchen experiences.
- Guide and mentor students in developing their culinary knowledge, creativity, and technical skills.
- Support industry-oriented learning through practical assignments, demonstrations, and skill assessments.
- Maintain professional standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline during training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Relevant professional experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, or culinary specialist.




- Robust practical knowledge of one or more culinary disciplines.
- Experience working in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or other professional food service establishments.
- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
