Hiring Production officer in Indore, indore pithampur

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and achieve line-wise production targets and submit monthly performance reports.
- Track planned versus actual production, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure First-Time-Right (FTR) production to minimize rework and wastage.
- Implement and maintain FSMS and ensure plant hygiene as per GMP standards.
- Ensure proper product identification through labels and stickers.
- Monitor machine utilization and maintain daily production reports.
- Conduct daily weighing scale verification and maintain utensil control records.
- Ensure compliance with changeover and cleaning procedures and maintain respective checklists.
- Maintain material issue and return records for all movements to and from stores.
- Maintain glass control checklists and Critical Control Point (CCP) records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and production procedures.
