Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage branch operations, drive business growth, lead the sales team, and ensure portfolio quality while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations and achieve business targets.

Drive loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and operations teams.

Develop business through market mapping, customer relationships, and channel partners.

Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and portfolio quality.

Ensure proper documentation, credit processes, and compliance with company policies.





Prepare MIS reports and track branch performance.

Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth branch functioning.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

5–8 years of experience in NBFC, banking, lending, or financial services.

Prior experience in branch management and team handling.

Solid knowledge of lending products, sales, collections, and portfolio management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to achieve business targets.
