About the Role

Ebenezer Group of Institutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Admission Counsellor / Education Sales Executive to support student admissions, particularly from Kerala.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents, explaining the institution's academic programmes, guiding them through the admission process, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Candidates with strong communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English, along with experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Contact students from Kerala and other target regions to generate admission enquiries.
- Explain the institution's courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structure, facilities,



and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English, as appropriate.
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other promotional channels.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, document collection, and admission-related formalities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and confirmed admissions.
- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, school visits, and other student outreach activities.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and submit regular progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain qualified communication and positive relationships with students and parents.
