We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for the Field Sales Executive / Field PRO position. This role involves visiting various colleges and educational institutions to promote our courses, generate leads, and build strong qualified relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges and institutions to promote courses and generate quality leads.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and educational partners, explaining course details clearly.
Follow up on enquiries, support the admission process, and maintain accurate lead records.
Achieve monthly and performance-based targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Mandatory Requirement:
A valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a two-wheeler are mandatory for field visits.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both male and female candidates can apply).
This position comes with an initial Probationary Period.
Full-time permanent appointment/confirmation will be strictly based on the candidate's performance and talent demonstrated during this probation period.
