The In-charge - Quality Assurance Department (QAD) - Vendor Development will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for all incoming raw materials and components supplied by vendors, crucial for the manufacturing of automotive steel components, fine blanking, precision machining, and automotive rubber products. This role is pivotal in ensuring supply chain integrity, driving continuous improvement in vendor performance, and mitigating risks associated with supplier quality. The position requires a deep understanding of automotive quality management systems and a proactive approach to vendor assessment and development to support the company's strategic objectives in delivering defect-free products to the automotive industry.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive vendor quality assurance strategy aligned with organizational goals. --
- Establish and maintain a robust vendor qualification and approval process, including audits and assessments. --




- Conduct regular on-site audits of key suppliers to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements. --
- Review and approve supplier Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, FMEAs, and other APQP documentation. --
- Monitor incoming material quality and vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, on-time delivery, and responsiveness. --
- Lead cross-functional teams to address supplier quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). --
- Develop and execute supplier development plans to enhance vendor capabilities and improve product quality and process consistency. --
- Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers on quality standards, methodologies, and best practices. --

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
