About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates for various recruitment requirements across IT and non-IT roles. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will work closely with our recruitment team and clients to identify suitable candidates and move them through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database and other recruitment channels.
• Understand

job description
s and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and other requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Recruit Software/ ATS.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.




• Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview status.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and status updates for all candidates.
• What We Are Looking ForGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with candidates.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to use job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Willingness to learn ATS/recruitment technology such as Zoho Recruit.
