Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal standards. Strategic Analysis: Assessing legal risks, developing litigation strategies, and advising stakeholders on potential outcomes and mitigation measures. Team Leadership:



Leading mentoring and work with legal & other stakeholders teams to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Negotiation and Advocacy: Skilled negotiator and persuasive advocate with a track record of successfully resolving disputes and achieving settlements in favour of Company or the organization. Case Management: Overseeing multiple litigation cases simultaneously, including managing budgets, timelines, and external counsel. Legal Research: Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and legal opinions.
