- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to referral doctors and healthcare establishments to understand their requirements and strengthen referral relationships.
- Promote the hospital’s specialities, super-specialities, consultants, diagnostic services, procedures, and other healthcare offerings.
- Identify potential referral sources and develop new doctor/clinic networks.
- Generate and increase patient referrals through structured referral-marketing activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, OPD teams, front office, insurance and other hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral and patient experience.
- Follow up on referred patients and maintain appropriate referral-related records.
- Collect feedback from referring doctors regarding patient care, clinical services, waiting time, communication, and overall hospital experience.
- Communicate feedback internally and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.




- Organize and support doctor meetings, CME programs, health camps, clinical meets, referral meets, and skilled engagement activities.
- Maintain an updated database of referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare partners.
- Track referral volumes, referral sources, conversion trends, and business generated through referral channels.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on field visits, doctor interactions, referrals, and business performance.
- Monitor competitor hospitals, their services, consultants, pricing, facilities, and referral strategies.
- Support the marketing team in developing referral campaigns and specialty-specific outreach programs.
- Ensure all referral-marketing activities comply with hospital policies, applicable laws, medical ethics, and professional standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
