Roles & Responsibilities :

* This role is exclusively for EX-POLICE

· Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering restricted areas.

· Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular physical and perimeter checks to spot security vulnerabilities, check locks, inspect safety equipment, and deter criminal activity.

· Surveillance and Technology Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and electronic tracking tools to track suspicious behavior or system faults.

· Emergency Response: Act immediately during fires, medical crises, safety hazards, or security breaches, administer basic first aid, coordinate evacuations, and liaise with emergency services or law enforcement.

· Incident Reporting and Documentation:



Maintain accurate daily logs, write detailed incident or accident reports, and preserve evidence or records for management and authorities.

· Safety and Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, manage crowd control during events, and handle conflict resolution.

· Supervision and Administration (for Senior/Officer Ranks): Assign shifts, train junior staff or guards, manage resource/manpower deployment, and coordinate with external stakeholders

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
