Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in SAP software.
- Handle daily transactions and data entries accurately.
- Maintain records related to inventory, stock, purchase, sales, or production, as applicable.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy in SAP entries.
- Generate reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with departments such as Stores, Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company procedures.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Relevant SAP training or certification will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on SAP experience.
- Good knowledge of SAP data entry and transaction processing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage daily tasks within deadlines.
