We are looking for a IT Backend Support & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day backend operations, system support, and basic accounting-related activities.

The role involves supporting our POS, Order Management System, ERP system, and other software platforms, along with bank statement reconciliation and related backend accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide backend support for POS, Order Management System, ERP, and other business software.
- Manage and maintain system data, backend entries, and user information.
- Monitor and resolve basic system and software-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and software/service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and system updates
- Assist with daily administrative and office coordination activities.
- Support staff with basic system and software-related queries.
- Assist in managing system access, user accounts, and related administrative matters.
- Assist management with system, operational, and administrative reports.
- Perform other IT backend support and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
