Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom-based training in UI/UX design concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Teach UI/UX fundamentals, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Provide hands-on training in Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design tools.
- Guide students in creating user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Train students in responsive design, design systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Provide practical assignments, live projects, and portfolio development guidance.
- Conduct assessments, resolve student queries, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for interviews and industry requirements.




- Keep training content updated with current UI/UX trends and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes.
- Hands-on expertise in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD or similar tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile app design, and design systems.
- Ability to develop practical projects and guide students in portfolio creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
