Golden Anchor, part of The Suryo Group, is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hotel in Dhamra.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
- Lead and coordinate department heads and staff
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage budgets, revenue and cost control
- Ensure smooth use of hotel systems and reporting
Requirements:
- Prior hotel management experience (as per industry standards)
- Solid leadership, communication and guest-handling skills
- Hotel management degree/diploma preferred
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Location: Dhamra, Odisha
