1. Supervisor Tunnel Excavation Activities.

2. Monitor daily progress as per plan with approved drawings.

3. Coordination with Technical Department,Survey,Geological, Instrumentation and Safet Departments.

4. Pre launching activities such as, site utilization, Utilities diversion works, Gantry crane foundations casting and erection works, etc. Proposed tunnel eye seal installation works, setting out the TBM cradles, Thrust Frames in position.

5. Assisted the TBM shields and backup systems logistic works protected and securely.

6. Ground improvement works for setting up the cranes to lower down the TBM shields and backups safely.

7. Supervision works for TBM lowering as per lifting plans and methodologies.

8. TBM commissioning in a schedule of work program and did main and initial drive by a systematic and skilful manpower.

9. Tunnel ring building quality with primary and secondary grouting works assisted with 100 % efficiency as overall quality checks.

10.



Monitoring buildings and ground surveys which have come under tunnel influence zones.

11. Ground improvement and stabilization work carried under existing metro stations prior to the tunnel breakthroughs. The work has been executed and supervised single handedly by driving the cast in situ RCC piles for existing metro station columns.

12. Having experience in preparation of documents, methodologies as per client requirements.

13. Cross passage construction works in wet and dry conditions with 100% water proofing efficiency at site.

14. Casting the first stage concrete for rail track laying work of concrete in a stipulated time cycles.

15. Handling the subcontracts and RA bills with respect to the work outputs. Work has been executed by safety norms as stated by metro standards.
