Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health conditions, providing evidence-based psychiatric care, and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, and clinical consultations.
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric disorders.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy where appropriate.
- Provide follow-up consultations and monitor patients’ progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify psychiatric emergencies and provide appropriate intervention or referrals.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical ethics, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations.





Qualifications and Requirements

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
- Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred; fresh qualified candidates may also apply.
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental healthcare.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
