Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and hands-on Electronics Production Engineer to oversee and execute electronic assembly and manufacturing processes on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in electrical/electronics engineering, deep familiarity with various electronic components, and the readiness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Production & Assembly: Supervise and participate in the assembly, testing, and production of electronic sub-assemblies and complete systems.

- Component Handling: Accurately identify, sort, and handle diverse electronic components including sockets, capacitors, resistors, and other passive/active elements.

- Color Coding & Inspection: Inspect component specifications, perform accurate resistor color code reading, and ensure quality compliance before assembly.

- Shop Floor Operations: Work directly in an industrial manufacturing area, ensuring smooth assembly line flow, adherence to safety protocols, and minimal downtime.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production logs, shift reports,



and inventory status updates using MS Excel and MS Word.

- Quality & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with testing and quality control teams to identify manufacturing defects, troubleshoot component failures, and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

- Experience: 2 or more years of practical production or shop floor experience in an electronics manufacturing setup.

- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of electrical and electronic components (resistors, capacitors, sockets, ICs, etc.) and proficiency in resistor color code reading.

- Work Environment: Fully willing and prepared to work in an industrial area/manufacturing plant setting.

- Software Skills: Good command of MS Excel (for production tracking and data entry) and MS Word.

- Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and good problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
