- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements when required.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
