HR EXECUTIVE

* JOB SUMMARY

The HR Executive is responsible To support the hospital's human resource

functions by maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring smoo

employee administration.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

● Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.

● Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

● Coordinate employee training and orientation.

● Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.

● Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

*REQUIREMENTS

●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

●Business Administration, or a related field

● Communication and interpersonal skills.

● Organizational and time-management skills.

● Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
