Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Engineers with 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial machinery or OEM industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, promoting industrial equipment, understanding customer requirements and managing the complete sales process from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing and OEM industries.
- Generate leads through customer visits, networking, references and market research.
- Promote and sell industrial machinery, SMT equipment and OEM products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the RFQ process.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with technical, production and service teams for order execution.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry to final delivery.




- Maintain customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial machinery, OEM or engineering products is preferred.
- Knowledge of lead generation, customer acquisition and sales negotiations.
- Experience handling customer enquiries, quotations and order closures.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle customer accounts and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
